A field guide to the people who make the night sky meaningful.

Stellar People Guide

Partnerships

Stellar People Guide considers collaborations that make sense beside its coverage of astronomy, skywatching and the cultures of looking up. Contact us with the subject, format and proposed audience so we can consider the fit.

Possible collaborations

We consider clearly scoped educational projects, co-created explainers, event or resource listings, and relevant partner placements that give readers useful context about astronomy or observing. A proposal should explain what each party would contribute and how readers would encounter the material.

Partner placements

Relevant partner links or placements may appear across the site when they are a reasonable fit for the publication. They are labelled clearly, and their presence does not amount to an endorsement of every claim or service associated with them. We do not accept arrangements that require editorial conclusions to be predetermined.

Editorial independence

Partnership discussions do not control independent coverage, and commercial material is kept distinguishable from editorial work. We may decline a proposal when its subject, presentation or terms would confuse readers about who is speaking.

Send a proposal

Use the Contact page and select the partnership option. Include the proposed subject, placement or format, any relevant timing, and the relationship readers would need to know about.

Our point of view

The sky belongs to everyone who looks up.

A little orientation can turn a scattered field of stars into a place to explore. We pair clear explanations with attention to the ways people have looked upward together.
